DESCRIPTION:Dear Grand Masters\, Masters and Instructors\, \nThe CTFI Umpire Committee is pleased to invite you to the 6th Hybrid CTFI National Umpire Course Class B\, Friday May 16 \, 2025 \nThe CTFI Black Belt requirements require a National Umpire training course prior to your next examination. Therefore\, the courses are mandatory for those planning on testing for their next degree.  We encourage ALL Class A\, B or aspiring class A and B umpires umpiring  the National Championships to attend this course \nCourse pre requisites and certification: \nThis course is open to 1st Degree Black Belt holders or higher and 16 years or older.  \nHowever\, certification will only be granted to those who are 2nd Degree Black Belt holders and higher and 19 years or older who currently hold a minimum CTFI Class C \nThis course will be presented by the CTFI Umpire Committee via Zoom or In person in Quebec ahead of the Nationals ( Location: St-Romuald Arena\, 265 Taniata avenue\, Levis\, QC G6W 5M6 \nCourse Information  \nPresented in English and French by the CTFI Umpire Committee \nMaster Chris Law – Director\nMr. Maxime Lavoie – Member\nMr. Jeff Turchyn – Member\nMs. Valérie Gingras-Précourt– Member \nWhat:   2025 CTFI B certification course\nWhen: May 16\, 2025 8am – 4pm EST\nBreak : 12:00- 12:30pm\nWhere: This course will be presented via Zoom and in person at St-Romuald Arena\, 265 Taniata avenue\, Levis\, QC G6W 5M6\nWho:  Participants must be at least 19 years old and the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt and up and hold a minimum of CTFI Class C.
