DESCRIPTION:The CTFI Umpire Committee is pleased to invite you to the 4th Hybrid CTFI National Umpire Course Class B\, Friday May 17ay \, 2024 \nThe CTFI Black Belt requirements require a National Umpire training course prior to your next examination. Therefore\, the courses are mandatory for those planning on testing for their next degree.  \nCourse pre requisites and certification: \nThis course is open to 1st Degree Black Belt holders or higher and 16 years or older.  \nHowever\, certification will only be granted to those who are 2nd Degree Black Belt holders and higher and 19 years or older who currently hold a minimum CTFI Class C \nThis course will be presented by the CTFI Umpire Committee via Zoom or In person in Regina Saskatchewan ( 7 Oaks Hotel 777 Albert St\, Regina\, SK S4R 2P6)
